Two ways to order

At the counter or by phone, no account needed

Come to the showroom or call +84 28 0000 0000. You don't need a PAT account or an app.

  • Our staff sign each step of your order on your behalf, and the record shows who signed it.
  • The rider and the technician sign their own steps as they happen.
  • You get a receipt link and an order number. Open it on any phone or computer to track the order or keep the receipt.

Trade orders from your café's own site

If your café runs on PAT, your admin opens Supplier orders on your own dashboard, picks Ember and sends the order. It stays on your site.

  • One of our staff accepts it with their own key, so you can see who said yes.
  • Delivery and installation are signed onto that same order, on your site.
